Assessment is in Black Diamond, not Bright Hills. Assessment started
as a battle between Storvik and Blackdiamond over Mount Virtue, better
known as Afton Mountain. The deed for Afton Mountain is in my house;
they decied to stop the war and give the Mountain to Isenfir...
