academie: Kingdom A&S

We have been invited to attend Kingdom A&S in March. I don't have the 
official email from the autocrat but since he has limited email access for 
the next week or so I decided to not wait on him :)  We have the opportunity 
to set up a static or an active display and we might be able to get some 
stage time if we wanted to perform some dances. The active display will be a 
problem since it is basically one table worth of space but the static display 
would work if we wanted to have a table of information for people to look at. 
Another option is to put a flyer of some sort on the table that will be set 
aside for that purpose. If we want to do dancing during the day we can but it 
will be outside, their are no rooms available during the day.
So does anyone have any thoughts on what the Academie would like to do at 
this event? 
After feast their will be a ball. I am organizing the ball so if you would 
like to be involved please contact me.
So thoughts on this? Who is planning on attending the event?
