This is the book you're asking about, right??

by Cecil Sharp and his followers, Kate Van Winkle Keller and Genevieve 
Shimer, Pennington NJ (POB 380, 08534), A Capella Books, c1990. 120 pp., 
ill., music, facsims. 1-55652-091-3, $17.95.

The Books In Print database (www.booksinprint.com) shows this book as being 
"IN PRINT", even though none of the online etailers I searched showed it as 
available.  According to the Pendragon Press website 
(http://www.pendragonpress.com/), you can order it directly from them.

If that dosen't work, there's a second publisher listed, "Country Dance and 
Song Society", under ISBN 0917024079, which is apparently for a 2nd edition. 
  It also shows as "IN PRINT", though not at any of the etailers.

directly from them for $19.00
