This just in from the University Chancellor. I've not looked at the
published list to see if we took any hits or not, but that'll be the next
thing I do. :)

>Thanks to all of you for coordinating tracks for the upcoming University

>This message is to remind you of a number of things and ask that you please

>University classes begin on the hour in the morning and on the half hour in
>the afternoon. As in modern universities, our hour classes are really only
>50 minutes in length. Please be considerate of students who need to get to
>another class and the teachers who follow you in your classroom. Wrap up
>your presentation at 10 minutes before the hour in the morning and 20
>minutes past the hour in the afternoon.
>
>It might be a good idea to share teacher contact information at the
>beginning for the class so that students may reach you later. This often is
>forgotten in the rush at the end of class.
>
>Remember to pick up your class roster from the Registrar. Be sure that all
>students either check off their names, if they are pre-registered, or fill
>in SCA and legal names if they are not pre-registered. The roster must be
>returned to the Registrar before the end of the day. Rosters are the
>mechanism used to award University credit. Failure to complete and return
>them causes problems.
>
>Thanks again for your help.
