academie: Ymir Date Correction

I've just corrected my calendar...

Ymir is actually on the 8th-10th of February.  The dancing at Ymir would be 
on the 9th.  Yes, this is the same weekend as the Atlantian Dance Symposium.  
(And those within range at Ymir will be dancing in solidarity with our 
neighbors to the North).
