academie: Flamenco???

I have a friend in the Shire who is developing a
late-period Spanish gypsy persona, and is looking for
Flamenco music.  Two questions:

1) Is it even period?

2) If it is, where can she find music?

At current plan, she will be coming with me to
University, and I'd like to be able to point her to
someone who knows.
