academie: classes for the symposium

Hiya!  Here´s what I would to teach at the symposium:

1) Intermediate 15c. Italian

2) Beginner 16th c. Italian

3) Simple Medieval Peasant dances: The saltarello and the piva

all are practical, not theory...I still have to write up the fance 
descriptions to attract the masses, but I thought I would interject my 
pickings while I have it on my mind...:)
