Borderlands: Federation and Empire is a play by email game dedicated to the exploration and enjoyment of this vast frontier. The Star Trek universe is our starting point and backbone; the new and sometimes uneasy alliance between the Federation and the Romulan Star Empire is our immediate milieu.
