Each player will be asked to chose a country and become it's leader, taking diplomatic and military desisions that might bring them prosperity or doom. The game is based on the modern day diplomatic situation around the world. Research has been done to try and bring as realistic statistical representation to Internations but some things are just not diplicable for this game and so you will notice small discrepincies, do not worry about it, this will not take away from your game experience unless you let it.. I'm looking for a minimum of 16 players to start but I will continue to recruit until a maximum of 32 players. As I mentioned above I don't want players joining Internations expecting a Chess-style strategy game, this is more about political coniving then anything else, in fact Internations does not even destinguish Tank from Soldier, we have Ground Units (or GUs) that equals to a countries total ground force capability, taking into consideration number of soldiers, tanks, budget and technology to result in an attributed number (you will see this in the rules section). The military part of the game is over-simplified to put the focus on diplomacy. A realistic RPing method will draw out the best and most enjoyable results from Internations and I hope you can take advantage of it. The game will be played on RPoL and this is only a marketing campaign to get my needed players as soon as possible, I will not play by email, I will play Internations via the RPoL forums.
