DescriptionBaltar betrayed us all... Under the auspices of a peace conference, the Cylons launched a massive surprise attack, destroying most of the Battlestar fleet and the twelve colonial worlds. Only Adama, commander of the last Battlestar, managed to escape along with a `rag-tag fleet' of ships and vessels. There are only 50,000 of us left...fifty thousand out of twelve worlds. Under the protection of the BS Galactica and its intrepid band of Viper pilots, the fleet heads out into the unknown, searching for the lost 13th colony called Earth.
These are the stories of one squadron of Viper pilots, Red Squadron. Not only are the stories about our triumphs against the Cylons, but they are also about our losses. They are about our loved ones as well, the ones living and the ones so many just lost; our parents, husbands, wives, siblings, and most importantly, our children. We fight for the promise and the hope of a better future for all of us. Battlestar Galactica: The Diaspora is a free, open-ended, role-playing sim based on the popular hit TV show BATTLESTAR GALACTICA.
